It is made of silicone rubber, durable metal hairpin and flexible silicon adaptor. 5 cm hairpin makes a strong connection to hair. The length of silicon rubber from the clip to the adaptor is around 17 cm. 

There are 3 sizes of silicon adaptors:

• 7 mm for small hearing aids
• 9 mm for hearing aids
• 11 mm for audio processors
